Just purchased my first home that had a couple minor plumbing problems within the first 2 weeks. Although my home warranty refused to cover any of these issues (even though they were not issues when the home and policy were purchased), they referred me to Nationwide Plumbing. Rick and David came out quickly (we had both bathtubs/showers leaking into the garage) and checked all 4 plumbing issues for me. They attempted to have the warranty cover the issues, but then gave me estimates to fix the problems. Rick returned within a day or two to figure out what was going on. He fixed 2 of the issues and the other told me what was wrong and instead of spending money, said my husband could do it. My husband loved that, of course, and Rick offered to walk him through it, which he did! We were able to salvage a couple hundred bucks and my hubby got to complete a project he'd never done before. They always called ahead, answered all of our many questions and were just really super nice, down to earth guys. We will use them again if necessary, they were so professional and also thoughtful-telling me what was wrong, but offering the easier fixes for us to do ourselves. That's something we really appreciate. Call them!
