  • I wish I had read more reviews before booking. Through a "computer glitch" I was booked for Eight (8) round trip tickets to Alaska. Four in my name, four in my spouses name. Same days, same departure airport, same arrival airport. All they have done is tell me what the airline policies that I am flying are. I have only talked to 2 people through all my calls and emails and they agreed it was a "glitch" but because they are just a booking agency, they couldn't do anything and I would have to deal with the airlines. I have since disputed the charges with my credit card company and American Express is working with me to fix this. The small discount I think I got has not been worth the headache and stress of dealing with this company.
