  • ENORMOUS! They have everything! We got a set of stainless steel mixing bowls, a ladle, flour shaker and french fry cutter for $40. Great prices, very friendly service. I'm just out of culinary school so I visit a LOT of restaurant supply houses and this one was very complete. I appreciated that they had a lot of packaging choices--those pink bakery boxes, inserts for cupcakes in boxes, and baking supplies--stuff that most restaurant supply stores don't carry. Huge selection of china and glassware, too.
