  • This is my favorite salon to go to. First and foremost, they are very clean. Their prices are very comparable to other salons in the area. Their customer service is great. They will always try to fit you in even if you walk in when they are busy. They even make appointments on the weekends. As an example of great customer service, my gel polish chipped the day after I had it done and I called to make an appointment for that evening to get it fixed. When I came in, the owner, who had done my original polish, remembered my name and which color I'd gotten. I always feel that the technician is actually focused on trying to make my nails look nice. They will also recommend or help you pick out colors if you are uncertain (I am almost always deciding between two colors!) or if you bring in a picture they will find similar colors for you. The one thing I will say is that if you come on a Thursday or Friday evening or Saturday afternoon then you will have to wait.
