  • I found Kevin on Yelp along with a few other home inspectors. Even though he had the maximum favourable reviews; being first time home owners- I still called him and the others to get a better idea of what to expect. Starting from the call (from which I could discern that he was super nice and very transparent about the entire process) , to when we finally met him for the inspection; we were very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Kevin took about three hours to do the job which included around 45 minutes of review time with us. He not only did an extremely thorough inspection of what was expected, but went above and beyond and talked us through a lot of smaller details of the house that we were completely clueless about! He took a ton of pictures, and explained all the good and the bad that he found. Fortunately everything was in great shape, but over all we got a greater understanding of our new home :) Along with submitting the report, and an easy scheduling of the re-inspection, the entire process was an absolute breeze. SUPER impressed, and would totally recommend & refer him to other new home owners!
