  • The manager saw me drive up in an expensive car, then had me wait 5 minutes for his best customer service rep. It's his best because she must sell the most! Waisted my time, and tried to upsell/suggestive sell me no less than 6 different packages, items, products. Enough already! I appreciate business is here for them to make money- I am here to fix my service.
