  • Working with Bellah-Perez has been the best experience I can say I've ever had with a lawyer. We met initially with Richard Bellah for a consultation and from there we decided that bankruptcy was the way to go for us. At that point we were paired up with Jeffery Wolfe to handle our case. It was the easiest thing I've ever done in regards to courts - having dealt with speeding tickets and divorce, this process was so simple in comparison. Once we got our paperwork in and all our ducks in a row, Jeff took it from there. Between him and his awesome assistant Cindy, we went from filing to discharge recently with no pain or fuss. Any delays were on our part for various reasons, but when they had the reins, everything got done quickly and without any issues. I highly recommend Jeff for bankruptcy and the practice overall for its professionalism and knowledge. When bankruptcy comes up as an option it always comes with a high level of anxiety. Rightly so, most everyone I know has had an awful experience going through the process - but we did not. It was incredibly stress free and easy. With that said, in the future when my husband and I say "we'll talk to our lawyer", this will be who we consult with.
