rev:text	I went for my first appt recently to their office across from Mercy Gilbert Hospital on S. ValVista Dr. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. Despite reading NUMEROUS BAD reviews about them, I decided to try them out anyway. My thought was, "well surely people only write BAD reviews and all of the good ones go unspoken about." NOT TRUE. They are VERY cold and unprofessional. There front office staff is very immature and while you will be able to get a same day appt., it is NOT worth it. They told me to "Go give a urine sample" but did not mark my cup and then blamed it on me for not writing on it when I went to use the restroom. The nurse who took my health background information did not even introduce herself to me, I had to ask who I was speaking with. And when the Dr. FINALLY came in, she was very short and spent very little time with me. After asking for her card she said she "didn't have one." ALSO - I was told "oh we normally give these great OB bags filled with all sorts of goodies for you! But....we don't have anymore." WHAT was the point of saying that? ****WORST PART - I decided to go back a second time for my first ultrasound the next day (only because of how quickly I got the appt.) and, despite the fact that they knew this was my FIRST baby, the tech did not even introduce herself, nor did she announce WHAT she was doing during the ultrasound. AFTER turning on the sound to hear the hearbeat, she turned it off without saying a word. My HUSBAND had to ask "WHAT are you doing and was that the heartbeat?" Her reply was "Uh...yeah....and Im just taking measurments." NO personality nor did she make us feel even remotely comfortable. She didn't talk the WHOLE time and this was NOT what we were expecting. I went home and cried for two days because of how dissapointed I was. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I would HATE for ANYONE to be as upset and dissapointed as I was.
