First visit to Searsucker in Caesar's Palace and it was a good experience overall. The servers were very friendly and kept an eye on our table to make sure drinks stayed full. The place has an open cafe feel to it which was nice given its location next to the Sports Book.
The menu was interesting and had some interesting appetizers that I'd go back to try. This time I had the Bone Marrow and it was excellent. The table tried the salmon and skirt steak which looked good. I felt like a salad and asked them to finely chop and toss the Cobb salad and it was also very good.
All in all a good place with friendly staff.
