  • If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ashley is officially the shadiest, most crooked place ever to buy furniture. Last year we paid over $1000 for a Sealy queen mattress set. We were told about a fantastic warranty and how if we kept a mattress cover on it and kept it clean we were fully covered if there was a problem. We were told about how the tech comes out and checks the mattress to fully replace it if there's a problem. So by last month, there was a 4" hump in the middle of our mattress. We go to the store and file a warranty request. After over a week, we get a call from Ashley and the lady tells me since we picked the mattress up from the warehouse we have to take it back to the warehouse to be looked at!!! Unless we want to pay $65 for a tech to come out! You've got to be kidding me!!! They don't tell you this crap when you're buying furniture from them. They just continue to pull a bait and switch on you. I've lived in Vegas over 30 years and I can promise I'll spend the next 30 telling people to never buy a dang thing from these crooks.
