rev:text	swung by Go Az to learn about Urals, found little help whenever i mentioned 'Ural' to several different staff. went over to next building to purchase some gloves, and when i declined to give lots of personal info to the guy checking us out (becuase we don't live in Scottsdale), he became intensely irritated and dropped several "well fine, i don't give a F*** anyway" -type phrases. really disappointing visit to this otherwise cool-looking store.
