  • This is our 2nd time using Integrity Auto Glass, and will continue to do so for future needs. Our installer, Tim, did an excellent job. He called when he was on his way, and installed the windshield accurately and quickly. A 2nd visit was necessary due to a whistling sound at high speeds - but it was not due to any error in installation but rather due to the flimsy molding that comes with my type of car's windshield (a known issue). He did as I requested and inserted some silicone under the molding along the top, and now the windshield is completely silent. So he definitely went above and beyond in my eyes! I couldn't be happier with the installation, the tech, and how quickly things were taken care of. Thank you Tim & Integrity! (PS. the gift card we received at the time of installation was awesome too!).
