rev:text	STAY AWAY FROM CLASSIC CAR SPA ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!!! I had a terrible experience and would give it zero stars if I could. I got there around noon, pulled in and requested a wash, vacuum, leather seats conditioned and wax ($75.00). I had a long talk with this guy about the vacuuming and how much my car needed it since I have dogs. He asked what kind of dogs and we chatted for a couple minutes about dogs. I asked him how long it would take and he said an hour. I went in paid and watched for it to come through. It sat in the detail shop for a long time but eventually a guy waxed it. He called me over to let me know it was done. I opened the door and it was obvious it had not been vacuumed or the seats cleaned (still had a stain on the passenger seat). I asked the guy that waxed it and he pointed the finger at someone else but said he would do it. I walked over to the guy who had checked me in and he pointed the finger at someone else. The guy finished the seats and told me his manager told him to stop working on my car and move on to another. I requested to talk to this manager and he proceeded to tell me (as he stood in my face and tried to intimidate me) that they were busy and he didn't know when they could get back to vacuum my car. I explained that I had been there for over two hours at this point and he just talking down to me. I was furious that this was the Detail Shop Manager and he had no customer service. I ended up leaving without the car being vacuumed. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO CLASSIC CAR SPA!!!! P.S. the only reason people are giving them good reviews is they have a sign saying if you check in on Yelp and give a good review you will get your next car wash free....not worth it..
