  • I recently purchased a home that had a bunch of minor electrical issues that needed to be resolved. I sent Bryan Selberg my full home inspection report, and he gave me a quote. When he started working, however, he discovered that there was a lot more work needed than the report indicated. The job ended up taking Bryan and another employee about 11 hours over the course of three days. Nevertheless, Bryan stuck to his quote, completed the work so my home is completely up to code, provided lots of helpful advice, and cleaned up after everything was done. Really outstanding, can't recommend highly enough.
