  • Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Oh. And did I mention they are amazing? First off. When I got there it was 10 minutes til 6 and they close at 6. I went there to buy a new band for my smart watch and this place came highly recommended. As I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello and was ask how can I help you today. I told the gentleman my problem (sorry I didn't get your name sir) and he immediately walked me over to a case that had tons of watch bands in it. It was no pressure he told me to take my time and I told him but you close at 6 he told me don't worry about that I'm open til you walk out satisfied. Now that is customer service. It only took 5 minutes or so for me to pick a band. He made all the necessary adjustments to the band to make sure it fit the way I wanted it to and sent me on my way. I left the store at 610. Thank you sooo much for being patient with a picky customer and for the excellent customer service.
