  • Take some deep breaths and prepare yourself for this office staff before you go in. The doctors are fine but the front desk is just ridiculous. I am surprised that the doctors here don't insist on a capable office staff. My husband took off work for an appointment which he had a referral for and drove across town with his paperwork in hand. When he walked up to check in, they told him that the doctor doesn't accept his insurance and he would have to reschedule with some one else. They never even tried to call him and tell him this and THEY made the appointment. I tried to call and get an explanation for this. They said they would call me back but never did. Needless to say, we will not go back there.
