  • JR Perkins was a lifesaver when my unit went out last summer. After 3 unresolved service calls though my home warranty, including a hotel stay and taking time off work to wait for their "repair" people, I took my uncle's advise and called JR Perkins. They were at my house right away, the next morning I had a big crane delivering a new air conditioning unit. Late summer I called them after a huge storm to check the unit for weather damage, they let me know about a possible problem with my roof which could have turned out to be a big problem. This shows me they really care about their customers. I have kept their warranty service offered on my new unit and they are nothing but professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend JR Perkins.
