  • If it weren't for the fact that there are only two Hyundai dealerships in the valley, I would not come here. My last experience coming here, they were very quick, efficient and friendly. This time around, not so much. Don't get me wrong, the employees here are knowledgable but I have literally been waiting in line for 2 hours just to have the filters in my car changed. If you can help it, avoid this dealership. SERIOUSLY. Slowest service I've ever experienced at a dealership, not to mention the fact that I had to keep running back to the clerk with questions because they didn't notify me that they covered all their bases on the maintenance of my car. I visited in a great mood and now I'm very unhappy and angry because they have made me late on my appointments.
