If I could give them a "0",I would! The first time I called them, the spa heater was not working. The technician was at the pool about 2 minutes, and came to the door and said it is fixed. He would not tell me what was wrong and gave me NO paperwork about the job. Yesterday, we attempted to turn the heater on, it is not working again.
The second time, they lied to the home warranty company and said that the broken part was underground and cannot fix it. My husband had to by-pass this leaf-catcher, to keep the pool pump working until a repair was done. I also will not use the home warranty company any more, Buyers Protection Group). I had paid extra for the pool. These people at Foster's, need to go work at McDonals's NOT as a pool repair company.
