| - I admit my first time using the facility has left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the lady who gave us our tour was very friendly and very interested in our dogs and their needs, on the other hand, the business itself didn't seem to reflect that level of care. We dropped our dogs off before the lobby was open, not realizing we would have to leave them with only verbal directions to the person taking them back. This made me uneasy, as one of our dogs has older and has some special needs. During the course of their week-long stay, we called several times to check on them, the phone was almost never answered (nor were our messages returned). We did finally get someone on the phone after three calls one day, and the day before they were due to be picked up. The day we picked them up, I scheduled a 9am arrival and waited 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk (no buzzer, bell, etc). The manager said he'd just gotten there (despite the 6:30am walks scheduled on the site), so when I got the dogs home around 10am, they hadn't gotten to use the bathroom yet that day. I'm hoping this was a fluke, because the price for the facility is wonderful, the building itself seems well taken-care of and their grooming is excellent. They also include free play for the boarded dogs and don't charge extra for the little things. I'm wary because the staff seems a bit overwhelmed :(
