Wow! We were told there were changes in management. It is now painfully obvious. They give ridiculous wait times. One time we were told it would be a "half hour to an hour and a half." An HOUR discrepancy. We left.
My husband's visit last week, however will be our last. He was the only one waiting and several stylists were there, so no problem. Wrong. Customers finished and left, and my husband wasn't called. The stylists were all taking break or something at the same time. They were all chatting toward the back.
The one remaining stylist finally got to my husband. She spent all of five minutes on his hair. It was horrible. It was uneven on the sides, she didn't even the top out with scissors. It was just plain bad.
I'm not sure why they all went on break at the same time, or why he was rushed through. It was the middle of the day. We will be going somewhere else for the boys' cuts from now on.
