  • DO NOT RENT HERE!!! When we first moved in here in April, we thought that getting 400 dollars off of the first months rent was awesome, so we took the deal. A few days later, we moved in and the apartment hadn't even been cleaned. The floors were dirty, paint was chipped, handles from doors missing, mold in the shower and on the toilet. Also, the toilet was soiled!! How disgusting! We went immediately to the office and they said they would have it cleaned within a few days. So nasty we postponed the move. Months later, we come to find out there's a roach infestation, and I mean infestation. I can't even use my kitchen it's so disgusting. They do offer a bug spray every Monday, so we signed up. But absolutely no change in the roaches. It's terrible. Now for the utilities, we have been paying for this CAM fee for months and there are no cameras even monitoring the complexes, we thought we could feel safe living here because of the cameras monitoring cars and apartments. But there's not one camera In sight except for around the office. We were also scammed into this because we were told about this new gym that would be ready by the time we moved in....actually about 3 months later! Then we come to find out that the gym closes at 10. Hello!! We live in Vegas where have the people work night jobs and get home late. Now we can't even use the gym. So sad, thought that the management was changing for the better. In conclusion, DO NOT MOVE HERE. It's terrible. Safe yourself the sorrow
