  • Liquid Olives! It's an Experience and worth trying. 1 crazy science experiment of liquidy olive oil with a thick gel coating. If I knew you could play with food as a science experiment I might have actually cared about my science fair as a kid. All in all one of the best meals I've had on the strip! This place in known for its gin and tonic but it's the food that won me over! The ham plate is Devine! Super thin slices with pine nuts and a delicious sauce. The goat cheese great beans were absolutely phenomenal! I could quite possibly eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner! They also have a great selection of wine and other cocktails.
