  • This place is a JOKE. The only person who sort of knows anything is the Manager Victoria. But she spends her time trouble shooting and correcting mistakes that all her employees make. Its my fault for continuing to rent (will be ending this relationship asap). Three months into renting and not one billing cycle has gone smoothly. Oh, and can not forget about the day the "gate scanner was on the fritz"..in other words "I am sorry we sent you off without ever coding your key card to work" Its been a whole lot of frustration and a wasting of my time of what should be a super easy collection of funds and exchange of services. You don't just hire your friends and family. You employ people who can provide costumer service and solutions with knowledge and company know how.
