  • Came in here to grab a deep cleanser for my brushes. Immediately was acknowledged when I walked in which is always nice. The associate asked if I needed help. I told her j was looking for a brush cleanser and that I was open to recommendations. She showed me a few great brush cleansers. I really liked her helpfulness so I inquired about a few more items like moisturizer and spot treatment. I wish i would have grabbed her name because she was so patient and helpful. Arms full it was time to check out. Frances tang me up... She was rude and pushy! She acted like my purchase as inconveniencing her. I looked at her name tag and it said co-manager.. Which was extremely hard to believe as she was not friendly at all!! This store would have had a 5 star review from me but management needs to learn customer service and not make guests feel rushed or upset.
