  • Horrific experience!!! Nice house & neighborhood with the worse management company ever...it's called "nicklin" because the nickel and dime you for everything. My garage door broke, they sent a repair man out..,I got charged. The bathroom drain had Lyme crystals..again I was charged....the roof leaked and they took 4 months to fix it...the AC crashed in middle of July and they took 5 days to fix it with a make shift compressor on a 20 year old house. They hire anyone for repairs with duct tape being there #1 repair item if choice! I left immediately at the end of my contract when EVERY single appliance crashed after 1 year! I have advised my contractor to NEVER allow this company to rent to our employees!
