  • O had a service appointment for 7:45 am for state inspection. Dropped the car off, walked home, and didn't here anything about the car. I called around 3:30 and was told that my car was the next to be looked at. At about 4:30 I was called.and told that they wouldn't have it done until tomorrow. When I said I needed it by 9 am I was told they would see what they could do and they would call me in the morning and let me know what was needed if anything for it to pass inspection. That obviously wouldn't work for me so I said I would just pick it up and take it elsewhere. When I got to the dealership, there was no apology, just we will pull it around for you. Definitely not the service I expect from the dealership.
