I have been to this Starbucks three times...2 out of those 3 visits, they have completely forgotten my drink and I had to remind them after already waiting 20 minutes. Now, I work in customer service, so I get it-it gets busy, things happen, and there's not really much to be done about it. Mistakes happens! But literally this is the second time this has happened in consecutive visits. I would imagine I am not the only one experiencing this from this location....
You guys need a better system for keeping track of your orders-I'm sure Starbucks can afford to come up with something.
