I've been taking my car here for years, and lately they've improved the quality of their service by a whole lot. The new manager, Richard, is friendly and courteous. He doesn't make you wait and makes sure that you are attended to. He also explains everything that needs to be done with the car thoroughly so that the client can make an informed and intelligent decision. The wait isn't long, and the service is excellent. They get it right the first time, and with Sears, clients get deep discounts for being loyal customers. To everyone out there who has gone elsewhere to get their cars serviced, it's time to come back. They're much better now than they were before, and this is from someone who has stuck around for almost ten years now and counting.
