Good morning I purchased a Groupon for three Works car washes. I usually go to another car washing company but since I purchased these Groupons I wanted to try this location out. Late afternoon yesterday I went to this car wash on McClintock, the car wash location was extremely slow, so they could have been a little better when it comes to washing my vehicle which they did not.
I tip the guy even though I felt that the vehicle was not washed good and I really didn't have the time to really go through the car wash again.
After that I drove to Sprouts which is on my side of town in the South Mountain on Ray Road when I came out I noticed my back antenna was missing.
I called the car wash and the young lady Elizabeth help me and she said I would have to speak to the manager. I let her know that I was on my way back and I was all the way on the other side of town.
When I got to the location I went inside and Elizabeth pointed out the manager the manager was very unprofessional he walked away from me and he verbally attacked me. I explained to him if he took an antenna off he should have put the antenna back on. The manager said that Elizabeth should have told me to check the back seat. The point I am trying to make is car washer took the antenna off in they should have put it back on.
The location was extremely slow very slow day again they should have did a better job washing the vehicle.
