I like the fact that the workouts combine strength training, plyometrics, cardio and even a little isometrics. I have engaged in one of the above at any time in my workout career but this format has maintained my interest for over a year now. My body fat has dropped significantly, from 36% to 25%. The workouts are intense and you WILL feel the effects. With Orange Theory Fitness, all I can say is "I hate going to OTF, but I love having gone." Enjoy!
