  • I lived here for 6 months and loved it! Never saw a single roach, never had one problem with the staff. They were friendly and pleasant everytime I was in the office. The maintenance is beyond great. Had to move due to employment but will be back in six months. These are not fancy apartments, they are affordable, clean and the grounds are gated and well kept. My kids lived in North Scottsdale for double the price and had sewer roaches the whole time they were there, both places have monthly pest control all you need to do is put your name on the list. I never needed it at Presidio North. Also....it is a pet free complex unless you have a service animal, those with pets may want to consider going to a pet friendly complex. I saw many dogs on the complex and no one ever seemed to mind, my cousin came with her service dog and I had no problems with the office. I can't wait to get back and would recomend living here to anyone!
