rev:text	I am a new tenant, and this place has an awesome Manager. (Shawn) The rent is below what other places are charging per sq. foot, and worth it! They listen to the residents and provided me with a safe and clean apartment. The property is huge though, and I have seen some troubles on property which have had to get cleared up by the police, but their response time is pretty quick, considering. My apartment had the floors redone before I moved in and they were beautiful. The counter tops were not new, kind of old, but I really liked the space the cabinets provided, which makes the place livable, not just for 'show.' (you know, like some places do just to attract the snowbirds who don't bring much with them anyways) a few weeks ago, Cinco De Mayo I had to yell at some crazy drunk woman to stop throwing patio furniture in the pool, so I guess around the holidays it can be irritating. also- there are people who have thrown large pool parties there, one lady who lived here invited near 50 people who do not live here, but I think the management is limiting that to one or two guests per household? not sure! On Cinco De Mayo the police seemed to be interrogating them if they had their ID's or not, there was a ghetto bird circling up in the air, I had heard what sounded like firecrackers or (gunshot?) not sure. they had both exits blocked off, and were looking for someone. by 9 that night,or so, it was as quiet as a mouse. (so I guess this is a place of action!) Ok-So, maybe this place doesn't sound like the most desirable place in the world, but I am happy with the apartment. I actually have really nice neighbors around me, and a great view. I have learned to take the good with the bad. I think Management does listen to the residents, and they do the best they can. They even had a satisfaction survey go out recently for resident feedback- which is the first time I have ever received that anywhere. I hope at the end of the year, I just have a great experience here, and then I will rate it 5 stars. I think that this place has great potential. I'm just keeping it real.
