| - I have been a long time costumer for both Oliveos and Salut. Taso has won my customer loyalty countless of times in the past. As of currently, I have been debating for some time whether I was finished with one of my favorite restaurants. I received an email from Taso apologizing for recent circumstances. I was excited all day to try, what I thought to be, improved standards. I was sadly mistaken from the first encounter with the woman working the register. "Tay" quickly began our transaction in an impatient and unwelcoming manner. After a very confusing transaction, more failure of communication on her part, we were overcharged for our meal. After the first interaction with "Tay", I was not driven to create another. Once we received our food, after it was forcefully placed on the table / without acknowledging us / without saying "you're welcome" after we thanked her, BOTH THE PITAS WERE COLD. When I asked for our food to be heated up, she replied as if she's heard such complaint one too many times. I'm sorry, Taso but this time really did it for me :( My business will still remain at Salut but I am done with Oliveos.
A new kitchen staff, new in store management, and adequately trained employees will be a virtue to the survival of this restaurant. I know you've (Taso) changed out the register people and they are blamed more frequently. But, when my food has been cold, filled with fatty meats, and wilted condiments there are more than just the front of house to be blamed.
