  • If I could give them no stars I would!! On 7/29, I came home to a house that was 95 degrees. I had my entire unit replaced (for a whooping 5K!!) the summer before by 24/7 AC. I immediately called them. They said they could not get anyone out until the next morning between 8am-9am. I was fine with that and proceed to flip breakers and turn the unit on and off. After an hour of letting it rest, it started running. The next morning no one came between 8am-9am. When I called they said that their after-hours service must have forgot to put my appointment down. I was upset, but knew there were people with emergency situations so I told them to come out on Monday since my unit was working. The Monday appointment time didn't end up working with my schedule so I moved the appointment out. Then on 8/3 the unit went completely out around 6pm. I called and they said they would try to get a technician out there. At this point I told my roommates to make other arrangements for the evening so they didn't have to bear the 90 degree heat in the house. At 8pm, I called back because I had not heard back from anyone and the after-hours person (Pricilla) said she was still trying to reach technicians. She said that she could have someone out there between 8am-9am the next morning if she did not reach anyone that evening. She asked if I would be up in the next hour because she would let me know one way or another what was going on. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER. I took vacation hours from work so I could be at my house when they got there between 8am-9am the next morning. At 8:55am, I called and they said the technician had not even left El Mirage (which is 45 minutes from my house). I left my house and went to work because they assured me the technician could fix the unit from the roof. When the technician left on 8/4 afternoon he said the unit was working. When I got home that evening it was, until it went out again. I called and they said they would have someone out the next day. The next morning Junior(the supervisor) called me and said he had an appointment in Sun City at 11am and another one at 3:30pm so he would get to me in between those appointments, since my unit was completely out at this point. At 2:55pm, I called because I had not heard anything and the office staff said he would not be able to get there until after his appointment at 6:30pm. I said I would have liked someone to reach out to at least let me know that. At 9:10pm, I got my first text from Junior. In which, he let me know that if I wanted him to come over now he could. At this point, I was frustrated and tired. He said he could come at 8:30am the next morning so he could get some rest during the evening. I tried to be reasonable and agreed. At 9:05am on 8/6, I had not even heard from him. So I text asking if he was still coming. He responded with, "Lol. I was just going to text you I just got up a few min ago. I was at a call till 3 this morning. I'll be there quick. I live by Mesa Riverview do I don't think your far." At 10:02am, he was still not there. I text him to let him know I had to be somewhere around 11am and was wondering where he was. At 10:37am I decided to call because I had not heard back. Junior said he had stopped to get gas and was going to be on his after that. He finally showed up after 11am. He replaced the thermostat and said he thought that was the problem but never got on the roof to look at the unit. On the morning of 8/7, the air completely stopped working again. My roommate and I both text Junior. After not hearing back from him, I called three times, left two messages, and never heard back. Starting at 9am. Finally I called from another phone and they answered around 10am. The office said Junior would be to my house by 1pm. I asked/confirmed twice to ensure that he would for sure be there at that time. I said my roommate could not wait there in the heat and they said she really should be there to let someone look at the unit from the inside. She stayed there waiting for Junior(the tech). At 1:10pm we had heard nothing. So I text Junior to see where he was at and let him know that my roommate would be leaving soon and I didn't want her waiting all day for him. He finally text back at 1:55pm and said he was running over there then. I told him to let me know when he got there. I never heard anything back so I finally text again at 2:33pm and 3:23pm. He got back to me at 4:45pm and told me he was in the emergency room. Then proceed to tell me all about why he was there. He asked if it was working at all because if it wasn't he would try to get someone there that night. I rushed home to see if the unit was working and got home to 93 degrees inside my home. Long story short they never got the part they needed and I ended up going with AC Experts Cooling and Heating who I highly recommend- (480) 386-6980.
