I've been to CherryBerry a few times in the almost two years I've been in Charlotte, but I admit I'm no regular. My first two visits have been fine, no complaints. However, I visited this past Sunday and was a bit appalled. There were four young (elementary) aged children that appeared to have no supervision, except perhaps the one employee working that day. These girls were walking around the store with bare feet, blocking customers trying to taste ice cream or complete their transaction. And worst of all, they were re-using spoons to take samples directly from the machine, placing their spoons directly on the dispenser. The employee saw them do this multiple times and said nothing. I almost decided not to purchase anything but instead made note of which ones they were returning to so I could avoid those flavors. The employee made no effort to curtail their behavior or clean off the dispensers. The girls were also messing up all the toppings and again, the employee said nothing. It was a bit troubling and makes me reconsider visiting this store in the future.
