  • I went on a very busy Friday night. The tables were all filled and people standing against the walls. We decided on take out and went to wait in the car. After 20 or so minutes we went back to find that the power had gone out. We asked if our order had been made yet. It wasn't but there were ribs and smoked wings that were still warm. The lady gave us a few extra bones for our ribs for the inconvenience and instructed us how to heat the ribs and wings in the oven at home along with a container of the BBQ sauce. She also gave us a whole loaf of cornbread and was extremely apologetic. The customer service was outstanding.
