  • This was a fantastic shopping experience! Our salesperson, Betty Harper, was the best! We spent an afternoon together and by the time I left I felt like I'd had an afternoon with my best friend. She was not only knowledgeable and helpful, she was fun and lively and a pleasure to spend time with. We had so much fun that quite a few of the staff came by to share the fun when they weren't busy. I've never had a better experience shopping for furniture! And I found everything I wanted at really fair prices. But I still had to get through the delivery. After such a great shopping experience could still get screwed up by a lousy delivery. Well, the delivery guys just left. And they were just as fantastic as the sales staff! My furniture is here in good condition. The guys were very professional and courteous. They arrived with a smile and a 'can do' attitude and left with a smile and a 'job well done' from me. Let me also give a shout out to the wonderful young man at the store who was working the delivery set ups. He, too, was great! I will recommend The Dump to everyone who asks! Five stars and two thumbs up!!!
