  • Were do i even start with review. I have had a lot of work done at this pepe boys. And everytime i do. My car runs fine for a week than the check engine light comes on. So i go back for them to want to take me for more money. I have a warranty and i never just pay what my deductible is. And when i ask why i get told is this how much it costs. Nation wide which is bs. I have went to other shop and they are much cheaper. Now if you want fast haha your coming to the wrong place. And they don't like you to sit around. I have called corporate on them many times. Yes they try and make up the wrongs. But to many of them. The guys in the back working on your car. Sit around i know i have seen it. While there is all kinds of work. I am all for breaks but come on. Should not take over 2 hours for tires. And people google everything or talk to a mechanic to make sure they are doing the right work. And if you go to them and your a woman i hate to say this but it's the truth. Know your stuff or you just hand them your credit or atm card.
