We recently stayed at The Saguaro this past weekend to celebrate my birthday with some friends. I enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel but the overall quality and service left much to be desired. We had called down to the Lobby 5 different times throughout our stay and nobody picked up the phone. How sad is that? Also two of those 5 times calling were to retrieve a toilet plunger because our toilet was clogged and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Lovely. The smoking was constant considering this was a NON-SMOKING hotel. The hotel also had a smell of 'old" in the rooms and I highly recommend they get some kind of air freshener or something to 'update' the feeling of their rooms. Will not stay here again. The price for this hotel is overpriced for what it offers.
