  • Tried to cancel TV service. I waited one hour and when they finally answered, my phone disconnected because the battery died (from waiting one hour listening to the worst music on the planet). So I called back, another hour, finally they answered but refused to disconnect because my wife has to call them (she is a judge in hearings all day). So, Cox...uckers screwed me again. I hate these people. Their equipment sucks, their service sucks, and I wouldn't use their internet if there was ANYONE ELSE! I watched TV only to have their box shut down 4 times in one hour. This happens nearly every day. DON'T use these people if you don't have to.
