  • This is, simply put, the absolute best view of Pittsburgh. The park itself, while small, is clean and comfortable for a quick visit or a relaxed weekend picnic. Yes, walking along Grandview Avenue or stopping for a photo on the overhang is also fantastic but spending time in the West End - Elliott Overlook park proves to be a more rewarding experience overall.
