Have you seen the "owner's comment"? WTH?? Why should I respond to their so-called private message? So they can harass me and do other crappy things to me?
The crazy statement that they need to discuss things with me such that they can make improvements is ridiculous! Just fix the the things I complained about:
1. Noncompetitive pricing, bordering on rip-off pricing.
2. Meet their scheduling commitments.
3. Teach employees to follow their own procedures, like calling the contact number that is left by the prospective client.
4. And lastly, teaching employees not to lie to customers.
What else is needed to be discussed? Jeeeeze..........
