  • If there was an option not to click ANY star, I would. We took our golden retriever here for a week long stay. We paid extra for the video so we were able to watch and him make sure he was doing well. We also paid extra for him to get the pumpkin yogurt, I doubt he even got it. EVERYTIME we checked the camera, ALL hours of the day, our dog would be sitting in the corner looking miserable. If any one has a golden, they know that this is not like their personality at ALL. Not once did I see him, or any dog for that matter outside playing in their glamorous bone shaped pool their SO proud of. When we picked him up, his lips/gums were covered in dry blood and scabbed over. When we asked the front desk what happened and why we weren't notified they just shugged us off. Our dog was very depressed and was upset with us for a few days. NO, this was not his first time boarding. But it sure was his last time at Pet Paradise. We treat our animals like our children. I wouldn't put a RAT at Pet Paradise.
