I do love my coffee, er....whatever flavor latte I desire with soy, whip, and no foam I should say. While Starbucks is probably the easiest to find it's not necessarily what I want so when I'm at Nordstrom I make a point to stop in here to grab a cup of Joe. Lately it's been the Salted Caramel mocha. Yum-o.
Literally a hole in the wall spot, my experience has been while the line can be long and there are few employees working...things move quite quickly. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order, whether it's a latte, mocha, or an iced tea. I've never had my order messed up either.
My only complaint, rather irritation, is that Nordstrom employees tend to take priority over customers who are waiting in line to place an order or are waiting to receive their order. It's blatant and obvious and happens every time I am here. I've stood in line to order and had employees cut to the front to order or been called up from the end of the line to. The barista has singled them out and started their order long before the people ahead of them in line has even placed their order. No one thinks anything of it. Sad that employees receive better customer service than real customers do. It's not right.
Because of the location, on The Strip in a really cool mall that is full of tourists more than locals...it's busy. All the time. It's like airport security: expect a line at any time on any given day.
I give this place 3 stars because of the Nordstrom employee favouritism and compared to Starbucks the drink sizes are disappointing & you end up paying more for less. Certainly no bang for your buck here.
