Extremely disappointed in the store and the customer service I just received. My boyfriend had to go purchase something else yesterday from Lowe's, and decided to surprise me with a bouquet of flowers. I told him a long time ago I didn't believe they sold bouquets at Lowe's and going forward I know that I will never buy one again from Lowe's. It hasn't even been a full 24 hours yet since he purchased them and they are completely wilted. I already have to throw them away and they haven't even opened up yet. I just called customer service to see what they would do since he spent over $10 on this bouquet that's already dead and the guy in customer service said they could do nothing for me (i got the sorry not sorry run around) So going forward I refuse to buy anything from Lowe's because their return policy is non-existent and they honestly don't care to help you with problems.
