I usually have a wonderful experience here, but I am so upset about my experience last night that must write a review. While my aunt was in town we wanted to take here here for a glass of wine, some food and to of course enjoy the view. We sat ourselves outside on the couches as no one greeted us at the host stand. After about 5 min I went and got us our own menus. After about 20 minutes of no one approaching us for water or anything, I asked the bus boy if we had a waiter/waitress. He apologized and I think maybe another 5-10 min went by and a waiter came over. He propped his foot up on they able and pulled out his notepad. The table where we would be eating, he puts his shoe. The worst of it that he came to our table with an attitude and chip on his shoulder. I was told they have lattes and drip coffee but they're so busy he can't get me a latte because they are made by hand. I was surprise to be told that because they are busy, I can't order a latte? Ok... So my aunt then asks what type of wine is the house wine and apparently that was the last straw for this guy. He blurted out to us that "he was just going to get us a woman waitress!" And stormed off. I think we were all in such awe that a service staff would act this way because we asked a few simple questions about the menu and because they were busy that night. Wow. I hope this guy is not on their regular waitstaff because he's a detriment to the business. We certainly walked out right then and there.
