  • I have to give this apartment a two star only because the fact the tenants that live here make this luxurious apartment complex a low graded apartment. I have lived here for 2yrs and couldn't be more relieved to be moving. For cost of what you pay here you'd think there would be more respectable tenants. The back gate has been broken on multiple occasions and I have personally seen tenants be disrespectful and force open gates manually rather than use side gate entries with keys. Supposed to be a gated community but when gate is broke their solution is to leave gates wide open Also, my entire two years stay here our neighbors which we have had 5 sets, leads me to believe they allow sub leasing to occur and all times neighbors have smoked marijuana, which being a parent is disturbing especially when smell comes through the vent and child complains. I have reported this to the front office and they assured they would follow up but have seen no solution as this still occurs. Our neighbors smoke both cigarettes and marijuana on our stairwell and it's bothersome as they just throw bids on floor of stairs. Apartments should be following federal laws not state when it comes to marijuana, so should be prohibited. Apartment complex was just recently turned over to a new owner and some encounters with new staff have been semi professional but for the most part very curt and not enjoyable. Decent complex visually but not worth the money for who you have living next door. It's gone down a lot in that regard and couldn't be more grateful we are moving. .
