So after four months and eight phone calls trying to secure my promised $150.00 credit for import a phone number from another carrier, called a port in reward, I am still waiting for them to do what the salesman said they would do. Everybody I speak to at Verizon has a different answer about when or why it is or isn't going to happen. They all have the same line, I am going to help you and get this fixed. It's all a lie backed by incompetence and veiled in stupid. Do yourself a favor and take your business to another carrier I know I am going to. It's ashame too asi have been a Verizon customer for seven years at least so to Verizon I say you have to be the most incompetently run company that has ever walked the face of the earth. It's pretty simple just do what you say you are going to do. If they had negative stars I would of used those.
