  • First time ever at this steakhouse in Paris. I didn't have a reservation so I walked up around 6:45pm on a Sunday night and was told that I would be seated at 8:15pm as a party of 1. I came back at 8:10 and was promptly seated. The server came to great me about 5 minutes later giving me recommendations for drinks, of which I decided on the HK Antioxidant. Drink took just over 5 minutes to get to me at which point my server gave me their specials. I decided on the bone-in ribeye medium Oscar style (Crab meat with Béarnaise sauce on top). I also ordered the foie gras butter on the side to accompany my steak. I didn't order any appetizers as I was hungry for the food. Meanwhile, I was served an assortment of bread, which filled me up a little bit until the steak came. The steak came cooked perfectly and was very tasty and flavorful. The béarnaise sauce and the crab was great and tasty, and a match with the steak. Middle through my meal, I decided to take the topping (Oscar style) off the steak and eat it on the side. In doing so I was able to try the steak with the Foie gras butter. This in my opinion was much better than the Oscar style, rich and strong in flavor and accompanied the steak. Overall both toppings with the steak paired well, but I personally preferred the foie gras butter. For dessert I had the sticky toffee pudding with butter ice cream. By far the best dessert I've had in Vegas. I would go back and sit at the bar just for this dessert. As for the HK Antioxidant, I thought the drink was good but didn't really stand out during the meal. I thought the $170+ spent on the meal was well worth it and would come back again!
